The Opportunity

You’ll be on the front lines generating opportunities, opening doors, and helping grow our presence in the Baton Rouge market.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect daily through cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach
• Generate and qualify new leads within the Baton Rouge business community
• Schedule appointments and build a strong sales pipeline
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and business owners
• Collaborate with senior sales team members to close deals
• Track all activity in CRM and stay organized with follow-ups
• Consistently hit and exceed activity and sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
• Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone and in person
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and prospecting
• Goal-oriented with a desire to grow into a top sales performer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 + commission
