This is not an order-taker role. This is for a true hunter who can open doors, build relationships, and close big business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Relentlessly prospect and generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
  • Own your pipeline—build it, manage it, and close it
  • Sell consultative facility solutions to decision-makers across multiple industries
  • Run high-impact presentations and close deals with confidence
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Create long-term partnerships and turn clients into repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure elite service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of crushing quotas
  • A true hunter mentality—you don’t wait for leads, you create them
  • Confidence in high-volume outreach and face-to-face selling
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills—you ask for the business and get it
  • High energy, competitive drive, and resilience
  • Experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, or service-based sales is a plus
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
  • Top performers earning six figures+
